Risk and safety assessments of nuclear power plants (EU stress tests) as a follow-up to the Fukushima accident
Public Feedback on the EU Stress Tests
The purpose of this website is to collect feedback from the public on the EU stress tests of nuclear power plants. The final report of the Stress Test Peer Review is available for consultation at http://www.ensreg.eu/documents. The Peer Review Board will present the results to the public and host a round table discussion on 8 May 2012, in Brussels. This will be the second public meeting on the peer review process. The first meeting was held in Brussels on 17 January 2012. The presentations and meeting notes of the 17 January 2012 meeting can be found on the European Nuclear Safety Regulators Group site.
The website is open for submitting questions or comments on the peer reviews from 26 April to 6 May 2012. No registration is required.
Please note that the European Commission, which hosts the webpage, will not reply to the individual questions, but they will be used as input to prepare for the public meeting on 8 May. Relevant questions will be grouped and discussed at the public meeting on 8 May and addressed in the notes of the public meeting.
The feedback is anonymous and senders’ information will not be stored.
